Sun Bear really cared about my business and it showed. I lived in a property for a year. There were a few instances where the apartment needed maintenance and they were on top of it right away. I never had a negative experience the whole year as well as before and after! Upon move out, I was always communicated with regarding my deposit and had no trouble. The office staff are great.
