Just when the world seemed like it was filled with lemons, two entrepreneurs in Lake Tahoe refreshed their businesses and made created new recipes for making Lemonade out of Lemons!

New to the healthy food scene on Tahoe’s North Shore is “Parsley- Fresh Eats.”

A brain child of Jill and Steve Rozier who hosted an annual booth at local farmers markets, this relatively news business seized the opportunity to not only keep their business healthy during the pandemic, yet are helping local and regional farmers sustain their passion as well.

started Lake Tahoe Markets eight years ago as a way to bring fresh, local meat and produce to people living in the Tahoe Basin. They originally started with a booth at farmer’s markets.

"Lake Tahoe Markets will put together a bag bursting with farm fresh organic seasonal vegetables and fruits as available from our partner farmers, along with any add-on products.  We offer a variety of sizes from which to choose, as well as the ability to specify a variety of both fruits and vegetables, only fruits or only vegetables."

"Unlike a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Box in which you pay for a season of produce in advance and receive a delivery of produce each week, regardless of whether you have a need for it that week or not, Lake Tahoe Markets Online Farmers Market allows you to order produce and other amazing products each week as needed."
