Join the Sun Bear Realty and Property Management team in Incline Village and Crystal Bay to celebrate all the great events on tap in Lake Tahoe in January. We still have some of our most popular vacation rentals at Lake Tahoe for a perfect get-away during our traditionally slower winter month. Wine & Tapas at the Chateau in Incline Village

Join us for Wine & Tapas, a pop-up event at The Chateau, hosted by the talented IVGID Food & Beverage team. Mix, mingle, and savor delicious tapas from around the world, perfectly paired with six different wines at this après-ski event on January 18, 2025. The Chateau, conveniently located just down the road from Diamond Peak.

We anticipate that this event will sell out quickly, so be sure to get your tickets as soon as possible. Please fill out the ticket request form, and our Events team at The Chateau will contact you to confirm your request and arrange payment before the event.

Ski & Ride for Free with Your Incline Friends at Diamond Peak

Additionally, mark your calendars for IVGID Community Appreciation Week at Diamond Peak, taking place from January 27 to February 2, 2025. As a community-owned resort, Diamond Peak Ski Resort will express its gratitude to the residents of Incline Village and Crystal Bay by offering free lift tickets to those with a valid IVGID Recreation Pass or Recreation Punch Card. Furthermore, Diamond Peak season pass holders with a valid IVGID Recreation Pass or Punch Card will receive complimentary demo equipment rentals.

January Events During Ski Free Week at Diamond Peak

• Daily 1/27 – 2/2: Sweep with Patrol 3:50 pm – 4:30 pm. Meet at the top of Crystal Express (outside the Eagle’s Nest Patrol shack). Must be a strong intermediate or advanced skier or snowboarder to participate.
• Tuesday 1/28:

  • Skisters women’s specific multi-week clinic (learn more and register for 6-week series that begins 1/21 on Skisters page)  

• Wednesday 1/29: 55+ multi-week clinic (learn more and register for 5 or 10 clinics on 55+ Clinics page)

ULLR FEST

The annual Ullr Fest Parade & Community Party will be held on the evening of Friday, January 31, 2025 at Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Join the community for an all-ages celebration, while raising funds for the Diamond Peak Ski Team (DPSEF). The festive evening will include a torchlight parade, bonfire, music, raffles, food, drinks and more!

Come dressed in your best Ullr attire as the event is named for the Scandinavian god of winter and snow, who is widely regarded as the patron saint of skiers. Ullr hats will be available for purchase, while supplies last. Admission and parking are free. Food, drinks, raffles, and merchandise will be available for purchase. Base Lodge Provisions (food court) will be open with full food and beverage offerings in addition to the outlet locations!
