It's that time again to put your toes in the sand to enjoy super star entertainment at Sand Harbor State Park!

Fuego ~ Salsa and Latin Jazz with Edgardo Cambon and the RJO

First, July 22, 2024 the RJO will perform at Sand Harbor State Park in Incline Village, Nevada.

Bay Area Salsa legend Edgardo Cambon, an award-winning performer who has been writing, leading, and performing Salsa for 30 years, headlines the performance. 

Edgardo Cambon has been writing, leading, and performing Salsa for 30 years. With a group of specially selected percussionists, vocalists, and dancers, Edgardo and the RJO present a high-energy performance featuring great vocals, a tight rhythm section, and powerful horns that will have you on your feet and dancing the night away!

Camille Thurman and the Reno Jazz Orchestra

Next, on August 26, 2024, don't miss on the jazz industry's most talented upcoming star, Camille Thurman joining the the Reno Jazz Orchestra on stage. Singing with the vigor of Ella Fitzgerald and playing Tenor Sax with a hint of Joe Henderson and Dexter Gordon, Camille Thurman joins the stage with RJO. Experience Camille’s extraordinary talent as a composer, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and unique interpreter of the jazz tradition in concert with the RJO.

Known as an invigorating rising star, Camille is fluid and powerful on the tenor saxophone and highly inventive as a vocalist. Her rich sax sound and impressive vocal scatting ability are just the beginning of the entertainment she brings to the stage with the 17-piece Reno Jazz Orchestra.
