Tahoe Storm Surge Brings Surfers, Big Snow to the Lake

Skiers, snowboarders, and back country enthusiasts aren't the only ones taking advantage of all the recent storms that have reached the Sierra.

When you click on this link or the video about, you'll get a taste of just how wicked the storm surge has been over the past few weeks.

MORE SNOW TO COME THIS WEEK

Throughout the winter, we trust OpenSnow.com to provide the most accurate forecast, and other than a surprise dump right here in Incline Village last week and reporter Brian Allegretto forecasted 10" and we received up to 3-feet at Diamond Peak, Brian's our man.

You can watch his Live Snow Report that he recorded from Sugar Bowl on Saturday the 12th.  Within this YouTube video, he provides an excellent recap of what we may or may not see for this week.  We encourage you to watch his reports for the most up-to-date information on weather forecasts at Tahoe.  It's also an excellent resource to know when there's a good break in the storms to get you and yours up to the Lake this winter.

As of today, he's watching his resources and predicting the following snowfall through this week:

Squaw Valley
