Enjoy this beautifully furnished home with contemporary finishes throughout. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and features 2 Master Suites. The inviting entry-way leads into the open concept Living; Kitchen area with hardwood flooring, and granite counter-tops. With 5 bedrooms, a great room, rec room, game room, formal dining room and office, our house has plenty of spaces to separate off the kids or socialize with the entire group. You will truly be in luxury with the heated floors throughout the lower level. This home has ample parking with an entry level 2 Car Garage with parking for 2 more cars in the short flat driveway. You will be in heaven entertaining on the expansive main deck and smaller upper deck off the upper master bedroom . No smoking or pets are allowed. 8 Adults Max and an additional 4 Children allowed.
This home is in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood. This is not a party house, so please do not book if you plan to be up late making a lot of noise.
House specific rules:
- Keep noise to a minimum and observe quiet time between 9 pm and 8 am. A noise meter may be used to monitor decibel levels.
- Maximum 8 adults and 12 total people, including children will be strictly enforced. You cannot exceed this occupancy at any time during your stay. Security cameras record guests entering and leaving the the property and larger parties without prior approval will be forced to leave without refund.
- Maximum 4 cars that must be parked in the garage and driveway. Do not park in the street.
- You are only allowed the amount of trash that can fit in the bear box to the left of the drive way. Do not keep trash outside of the property, throw it off of the decks or keep it in the garage or your car. (Damage due to bear break ins could be charged to the guests.) Please check when you get there that it is empty. If not, we will send housekeeping up immediately. Additional trash can be taken to the Waste Management at 1200 Sweetwater, Incline Village, NV 89451 at the guests expense.
This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time.
There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.)

Steven\'s place is stunning! Stylish place in a great location. The house is as cool as the picture depict. Steven was very kind and quick to response. I would definitely recommend his place and will most likely book it again if I come back to Incline village.
We enjoyed our stay and definitely will book again.
Steve’s house was simply gorgeous. We had our best experience in Tahoe yet. For once we stayed in a house where the photos reflected the actual house. Steve was extremely responsive and every time I sent him a message he responded within 5 minutes.
The space was big enough to accommodate our very large group, in comfort. Due to the large space and the game room downstairs, the parents had their own space to catch up, watch sports, etc., while the kids were not shortchanged as they had their own space to watch movies or play games. The kids had a blast to the point that they did not want to leave.
The house is well heated, and we kept different sections of the house at different temperatures since some of us ran hotter than others.
Thank you for all the amenities in the house....the board games, the movies, the books, the office, the well stocked kitchen, and most importantly the sleds in the garage. They came in handy and we literally used them every day. We are already bouncing around dates of when we can return in the summer to enjoy the deck, the grill, etc.
I usually do not write reviews, but this once I couldn’t miss the opportunity to just say thanks. I look forward to returning in the summer.
We rented Steve\'s vacation home over the memorial day weekend with bunch of family friends. We had a great experience. The house is very spacious. Spanking clean. Carefully designed to accomodate families with kids of all age groups. It\'s centrally located in Incline Village. Very close to the lake and shopping complexes. The surroundings are safe and beautiful. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family and anyone who is looking to rent a family home in Tahoe. I will definitely think of renting this place again.
