Pros:
- Communication: Great communication and very welcoming. We picked up our keys from a local realty service and it was a smooth, easy process. When we arrived, there was a nice welcome not, wine and some coffee for us. Very nice touch.
- Rooms & Accommodations : Having such a large group, it was great that there were so many en-suite rooms and separate areas for kids. The beds, the towels, etc. were all comfortable.
- Amenities: The kids really enjoyed the movie room. Good selection of movies. We didn\'t use the steam room, hot tub, or small gym, but it was nice having the option. It was also great to have a strong wifi connection for a ton of devices. Crucial if you have a lot of kids and adults that can\'t live without a connection. :) They even provided free firewood which I really regret not using.
- Overall, this is a really, spacious and comfortable house that\'s located conveniently at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

Cons:
- Nothing major comes to mind. The master bedroom seemed to have a nice TV (didn\'t check it out) but I think one of the living areas could use a newer TV. We usually don\'t watch TV as a group but there were two awesome NFL games this weekend and it would have been cool to watch on a newer HDTV. But I hope that most people would enjoy the outdoors and company of family and friends instead of being glued in front of a tv.

We had an awesome time and this place definitely contributed to it. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We had our whole family, including small children stay here for an extended weekend and felt right at home! The bedrooms were perfect to house our group (with room to spare), and there were fantastic communal living spaces to all hang out together. Amenities galore - including plenty of conveniences for kids (high chair, portable cribs, etc.) as well as a usable kitchen with all of the pots, pans, glassware, silverware and dishes to accommodate a large group. The owner and property managers were very helpful and easy to communicate with if there were any needs. We made tons of fun memories and would LOVE to return!

We absolutely loved our stay! Ken and Nancy are very welcoming and so easy to communicate with from start to finish. The booking process was very simple and thorough. Their home is amazing with everything you could need, from kitchen supplies, to tub towels, to sleds and saucers. We stayed in the middle of a snow storm and the heated driveway and 3 car garage was key (don\\\'t forget your all wheel drive since there are some hills to go up and down.) We loved the outdoor hot tub, gas grill, steam room, and the open main floor area. Just a short drive into town... We couldn\\\'t have been more happy and would definitely look into staying here again!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation !!

Myself along my husband and four kids stayed at this house with my parents and four of my siblings and their children. It was beyond perfect for all of us. Everyone had their own bed and bathroom. We didn’t need to bring anything as they were fully stocked and ready for kids. There were extra beds, packnplays, highchairs, toys, kid friendly dishes, movies and so much more. The location was great as we had a perfect sledding hill just outside our front door and were less than a 10 min drive to diamond peak.
The owner and rental property company were above and beyond.
This house was set up with everything we needed and fulfilled every need we had. We will definetley stay here again!
