*** A neighboring condo has just started construction and does not plan to complete it unitl the end of June. The rates were adjusted to account for this. The perfect rental. Truly a beautiful, cozy, and fun home for the whole family… that is also in the best location! You will be right near The Lake and private beach, Lakeshore Trails, Hyatt casino, rec center, Incline Theater, Incline Bowl, golf, bike and skate parks, and lots of yummy restaurants.

Super charming condo that’s got it all. Very recently updated with all the best comforts and tech in mind. A Nest smart thermostat, hi-speed Wi-Fi, two smart TV’s, Bluetooth devices, brand new washer and dryer, ceiling fan, and easy to turn on fireplace - just to name a few amenities.

In the living room you can: cozy up by the fireplace and look out the wall of windows, read a book from our bookshelf, watch a movie on the brand new Smart TV, play an exciting match of foosball, enjoy the collection of games and puzzles we’ve got, and more! There’s even a record player and records to enjoy (or you can connect to multiple Bluetooth devices to play your own tunes around the house)

The kitchen has everything a cook could need with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and even a Vitamix you can use! The private deck is perfect for a nice cup of coffee in the morning, grilling a delicious meal, or enjoying a nightcap under the stars. On clear days you can even see the beautiful Lake.

Speaking of the Lake, it really is just a short walk away! Stroll down the street to the private beach or walk a little further and enjoy a delicious meal or cocktail by the lakeside firepit at the Lone Eagle Grille. Across the street from that, you can gamble away at the Hyatt Casino (we wish you much luck!) that also has a shuttle to bring you home if you end up out late.

Aside from enjoying the lake, there’s so much to do! In the warmer months you can enjoy beautiful hiking trails, golf, biking, skate parks, etc. In the winter, well, the skiing doesn’t get much better. Diamond Peak is great and it even has a shuttle that will pick you up just outside of the complex. Within a short drive are even more slopes to explore at Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, and Heavenly. Rent a snowmobile, snowshoes, or even borrow or sled for more wintery fun choices.

The good: Great location, walking distance to the private beach (if you have resident access), Hyatt and eateries in town. Kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked many meals with plenty of utensils, and dinnerware. Convenient laundry.
The not so great: The condo is a bit dated and the furniture is worn down and some is in disrepair. There were broken blinds, broken towel rods, horrible bed linens. There were no dressers in two of the rooms - I ended up buying one and a bunch of hangars (you are welcome). The deck furniture was a plastic folding table and uncomfortable chairs. Lastly, the condo is very, very, very, stuffy and hot if the days are above 80 degrees. We also ended up buying several fans.
It was a great week - I just think the condo could use some TLC and some thoughtfulness around guest comfort.

This is a great home and right next to the lake. It has almost everything you would need in a home including but not limited to plates, utensils, seasoning, tea, and even some other things to make a nice breakfast. The foosball table was a nice touch as me and my friends hadn’t played in a good minute. It was fun to get to be competitive like that again. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was a very cute condo convenient for our ski weekend at Diamond Peak. There were lots of great little amenities that helped us feel at home. There is a working fireplace which was fantastic as we watched the snow fall early in the morning. There are multiple TV apps for streaming shows. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to use. The condo is nicely decorated and there was a shelf full of great books, games, and puzzles - for all ages. The kids loved the foosball table. The only \"issues\" if you can call them that, were that you have to check in at an off-site office to pick up instructions, and it is very difficult to see the unit numbers when arriving at night. Other than that, the location was great and we were very comfortable.
