These stats come from the National Association of Realtors which continues to track the market.

By far our favorite home developments in the region is Clear Creek Tahoe. Located a short, scenic drive from our real estate office in North Lake Tahoe, this Sierra-based golf community offers incredible views of the surrounding Carson Valley. Their website describes it best:
